Age

You must be 18 years of age or older for my treatments, I won’t accept a client under the age of 18 years old.

Suitability Check: before a booking, a picture is required for treatment location, this is to Inspect client homes for adequate lighting, clean working surfaces, and a private, pet-free/child free space before setting up, due to a large beauty lounger, trolley, stool,and Ring light being used within your home for treatment. (Please email me this first)

Please provide us with your full name, contact number, email address and the service you are interested in and a brief description of your concern along with your preferred dates and availability, medical form is required, due to current medications, and health conditions. Infection Control
My mobile service has a strong and existing standard on hygiene and sanitation and operating in clean environments. I make sure to clean all machinery and equipment thoroughly between clients and at the end of each day.
Regular deep cleaning of the premises takes place to ensure the highest hygiene standards are maintained.
To support clients health and well-being, we closely monitor the official guidance from Health Authorities and Local Governments and will work within these guidelines. Mask and latex gloves are used prior and after a clients treatment is completed, for hygiene purposes and safety

Record Management

The records of clients privately and confidentially in accordance with GDPR Data Protection Legislation. All client’s records are stored safely and securely in a locked cabinet. Data is collected and stored with the client’s permission and kept strictly confidential.
We understand GDPR Data Protection Law and the importance of Client Confidentiality. All written records will be kept in a secure area and system which is access controlled.
All records will also be destroyed in 8 years of not being with us. We will ensure that access is available for those who need to know, but for all others it will remain absolutely confidential.

Travel (mobile) policy

I only travel within East Sussex area, a small fee for petrol will be required if your location is more than 30 miles from my current work location town, Eastbourne, East Sussex.
